If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are for the website only and are not a consulting engagement agreement. This page is not legal advice.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Shell Castle’s consulting services. Content is for informational purposes and does not create a client relationship. Engagement terms, if any, will be set out in a separate written agreement.

No professional practice claims

Shell Castle provides consulting and management support. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, architectural, or licensed brokerage advice. We do not hold ourselves out as attorneys, CPAs, brokers, or clinical providers. Where licensed professionals are required, clients should engage appropriately credentialed parties.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Shell Castle or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing. Photography credits appear in the footer and asset credits file; Unsplash images remain subject to the Unsplash License.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site—including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, harvesting contact information for spam, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shell Castle and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shell Castle from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the Site shall lie in the courts located in Puerto Rico, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
